We are Daniel Frieß and Jess Blijkers.

After working side-by-side in senior management for 5 years, we developed both a professional collaboration and a close friendship, based on mutual trust and challenge.

Together, we have over 30 combined years of experience in both for and not-for profit sectors. We know firsthand what it’s like to drive change in organisations. We know it is not always easy. But it is always an opportunity. It’s time we made friends with change, which is why we have joined forces to co-found enough.consulting.

What unites us are our common values and the unwavering belief that today’s world requires a new definition of success, with people at the centre.

We have extensive experience and expertise on the inner and outer work required for psychological safety and innovation in teams. Organisational transformation has been the only constant in our respective careers, so we have a deep understanding of change management and how to lead in times of great uncertainty. Daniel Frieß

Daniel has specific expertise in:

Within the team, Daniel is responsible for finance and operations, as well as the lead for the german-speaking market.

I am a basketball, food and reggae music enthusiast, and I believe that everyone is far more effective when having fun. Sports, art, music and playfulness are therefore always part of my language. My wife and I have two amazing kids, who always inspire me to be the best version of myself.

Jess Blijkers

Jess has specific expertise in:

Within the team, Jess is responsible for communications, and is the lead for the english-speaking market.

I love animals, music and books and I am a proud (and literal) tree-hugger. I am a singer-songwriter, and an activist. I hold on to the belief that people are generally doing the best they can and that radical change is possible. My partner and I are the companions of an old, stubborn, but splendid rescue dog called Alfie.
